Gail L. Eluwa, MBA, Broker Owner                 

Gail is the founder and managing member of G&J Realty, LLC and for more than 30 years has been involved with real estate and property management.  She is a native of North Carolina and a seasoned real estate Broker in Charge whose primary goal along with the agents of G&J Realty, is to help clients “find their way home.” 

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from North Carolina State University (NCSU) and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. 

Gail has dedicated over three decades to helping clients buy and sell property through G&J Realty.  She listens to the needs of clients and puts their needs first whether buying, selling, or managing properties. Her education and experience as Broker in Charge in concert with G&J Realty agents are key to providing excellent customer service and helping clients achieve their housing goals.
